Elizabeth Carrera

Elizabeth Carrera is a Canadian CPA and the founder of Real Wealth Capital Partners, a full-service real-estate investment company.  

Early in her CPA career, Elizabeth became tired of trading her time for money and was determined to escape the rat race. She wanted to learn how to work smarter, not harder, and set forth on her real-estate investing journey.
 

Through numerous hours of training, education and mentorship, Elizabeth developed a new outlook on real estate investing: real-estate isn’t just for the rich - it is the best way to secure retirement and financial freedom. 

In 2018, she launched Real Wealth Capital Partners Inc., a company dedicated to providing passive and hands-off real-estate investment options for those who want to build wealth through real-estate, without the hassles of being a landlord or the day-to-day management.

Over the years, she has built a portfolio in Canada and Florida, by investing in flips, small multi-family properties, as well as vacation rentals.  

Today, she continues to be passionate about educating and supporting others along their real-estate investment journey.
