Niran Kulathungam has over 15 years of investing in Real Estate, as well as over 40 years in leadership management and development in various roles as a chemist/scientist, pastor, professor, dean, and business developer.
Niran presently serves as Chief Leadership Officer for Real Estate Wealth Lab (REWL), a real estate boutique redefining and delivering research, data, and analysis for Canadian and US markets through actionable intelligence, entrepreneurial leadership development and applied methodologies.
Niran is also the President and Chief Ruckus Maker of The Ascension Principle, an advisory and consulting service in entrepreneurship and self-leadership that disrupts and builds the leader within to create real meaningful impact.
